Love Sermon Illustrations

"The greatest of these is love", Paul writes in I Corinthians, refering to the trio of faith, hope, and love. Why is love so important to the Christian? Love is the nature of God Himself. The Bible doesn't say God has love, but that He is love. As reflections of the character of Christ, we must have that same quality defining who we are.
